14-year-old Americana wunderkind Sammy Brue is wise beyond his years. He’s received praise from the likes of Rolling Stone and American Songwriter for his stark, melancholic take on contemporary folk. Sammy released his second EP, I Don’t Want You To Leave, earlier this year, and performed at Summerfest and Newport Folk Festival this summer. Sammy Brue is a prime example of CONNECT in action. He was spotted by our senior folk music curator in early 2014, we flew out to meet him in October 2014, set up a showcase for him at Hotel Cafe this past April, signed a co-management deal with Peter Leak at Red Light in May and brought on Jonathan Levine at Paradigm in August.

Sammy has an incredibly bright future ahead of him and we’re so excited to watch him wow everyone on Thursday. The video below proves that he's a heartbreaker when he plays live.

Meet Brooklyn-based synth-pop project Young Ejecta a musical collaborative project by Neon Indian's Leanne Macomber and producer Joel Ford.  The two have come to orchestrate emotionally intelligent pop music with a knowing sense of enchanting melodies (The 405). In 2015 Young Ejecta issued their mini-album and second studio LP 'The Planet' a beautiful combination of Leanne's whimsical delivery paired with Joel's enticing shimmery beats. Since the release, 'The Planet'  has been featured by PitchforkExclaim!Noisey, among other leading music blogs.

After spending the year touring the states, Young Ejecta premiered their music video to "Into Your Heart", on Noisey and last month they showcased the video to "Your Planet" on Gorilla vs.Bear--a memorial dedicated to a friend passed too soon.

Watch the video to "Your Planet" below (NSFW) and for an overall sensual experience, Young Ejecta is only a dream away.
